The Zoho Mail server is currently unavailable. Please try after a while The mails will not be displayed if the mail servers are not accessible. In the event of this scenario please wait for some time before you try accessing a mail.
You have changed Mail password. Please update your password in Zoho Mail Add-on page While choosing the second or the third option to configure mails, CRM asks for your Zoho password. In case you have changed your password after configuring mails, you will get the above displayed error message. Please reconfigure mail to view them again.
Your account status in Zoho is still not confirmed If your account status has not been confirmed/verified in Zoho, then mail will not be displayed. Please do the following to confirm your status:
- Select http://accounts.zoho.com and click on My Email IDs.
- Click on the Resend Confirmation icon
- Access your mail and click on the confirmation link
- Visit mail.zoho.com to activate the mail account and
- Configure mail in Zoho CRM.
Your email is queued in Zoho Mail - Outbox Outbox is a feature that keeps your mail in queue for a specified time interval before sending it from the mail servers. If you have enabled this feature then the sent mails will be listed under the mail section after a few minutes.
